The candidate should be motivated and have proven knowledge of the building trade to meet with clients, architects, local authority personnel, working from detailed architectural drawings, sketches, schedule of works or verbal instructions to produce detailed estimates and follow jobs through from commencement to completion, inclusive of obtaining additional works, procurements and final accounts.
