We have an exciting opportunity for an Estimator to work for an International and industry leading Modular Building / Construction business. Applicants should have Estimating Manager / Estimating Team Leader / Estimator experience within Modular building / Modular construction. Applicants must have a strong understanding of the Estimating and Tendering process within a construction environment.

The key purpose of this role is to manage a team of Estimators to review incoming enquiries, establish the full scope of works, produce general plan layout, liaise with external suppliers and subcontractors over identified services (and ensure those services are compliant with the customers requirements) and to produce an accurate estimate of cost for each individual project. This role reports into the Technical Services Manager. The position requires someone with good working knowledge of AutoCAD (AutoCAD LT would be an advantage but training will be given), knowledge of materials/construction methods, knowledge of Building Regulations & British Standards and how to apply them, along with good numeracy skills.

The ideal candidate will have good communication and presentation skills, has a high level of drive, energy and initiative and a recognised building qualification (ONC/HNC/Degree) would be an advantage.
