My Hampshire based client is looking for an experienced Estates Surveyor to join the organisation on an initial 6 month contract; With the option of permanent work following that.
They're looking for candidates from a commercial background, who've worked in the public sector, and have strong experience as a professional Building Surveyor. Knowledge of JCT contracts essential, as is membership of RICS/CIOB and a HNC/HND/BSc in Building surveying or equivalent.
You will be responsible for all operations of the property portfolio including negotiations, valuations, acquisitions, sales, leasing, licensing, rent review and management.
