Estates Surveyor

*ESTATES SURVEYOR, with Chartered status, required for initial 12 week contract with PUBLIC SECTOR organisation in Aberdeen*

Extremely interesting role with this public sector organisation. This role will initially be 12 weeks however there is a strong book of work available and a good likelihood of extension, dependent on budget and performance.

You will have strong experience and will already:

- Acquire heritable property for the operational requirements of the company services
- Dispose of heritable property declared surplus through sale, lease and licence

You will have the following skills:

- Chartered Surveyor and experience in a property environment
- Experience in the process of disposing and acquiring heritable land and property
- Sound working knowledge of valuation practice and processes
- Property law knowledge
