Estates Surveyor

Experienced Estates Surveyor required ASAP - Aberdeen - Contract

An experienced Estates Surveyor is required to provide surveyor support in the form of Asset Valuation across a number of faculties within the organisations functions.

Key Requirements:
Essential:
-Knowledge and experience of managing extensive property portfolio and experience of property development
-Experience of land/property valuation, acquisition and disposal
-Leading or being a member of corporate project teams to deliver case specific capital programmes

Professional Qualifications
-MRICS or equivalent qualification recognised by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors

Desirable:
-Knowledge of financial systems
-5 years relevant post-qualification experience
-Knowledge of legislation as it affects property
-Adherence to RICS CPD regulations and ability to present knowledge learned from this to colleagues
