Estate manager/Project Manager - (Constructions is Contractrole working in Newport/London, for 3 months initially. We are looking for Estate manager/Project Manager - (Constructions) Manager for our public sector client.

Role: Estate manager/Project Manager - (Constructions)

Location: Newport/London

Duration: 3 months initially

KEY TASKS & DELIVERABLES:

- Main objective of this piece of work will be the conversion of flats.
- Delivery of PPM Programme projects [minor works]
- Supporting the delivery pf a £1.4m conversion project

ESSENTIAL:

- Prince/APMP
- Awareness of construction, building, Estate Management
- Knowledge of working with frameworks and contractors
- Solid communication skills
- Previous PPM experience
- Working with external consultants, contractors and internal clients
- Estates management/Surveying
- Project Management

DESIRABLE

- Building services
- Asset Management

- Govt experience
