Projektbeschreibung
Duties will include carrying our administration using the ESR database, leading on payroll contract management, producing and running reports via the ESR system and carrying out a high volume of payroll data analysis.
The successful candidate will be based within the HR team and previous experience of working within an NHS HR department is essential for this role. In addition, you should have a strong working knowledge of the ESR system from a payroll perspective and a good understanding of the impact of ESR on a finance department and vice versa.
