ERP Project Manager

This well-known organisation in Parramatta is seeking an experienced ERP (SAP) Project Manager to join their dedicated team. Reporting to the ERP Program Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of project activities within the ERP program which comprises of the delivery of HR, Finance, Procurement and Asset Management processes and ERP systems.

YOUR DUTIES:

- Direct and deliver projects within the ERP Program to ensure their delivery against agreed costs, timeframes and objectives
- Design and implement projects in the ERP Program in line with industry best practice methods, and establish a team accordingly
- Provide visibility of projects in the ERP Program progression and issues to the ERP Program Manager and Executive Group
- Resolve strategic and directional issues between projects in the ERP Program, co-ordinating interdependencies between projects and with other programs of work
- Manage project risks and uncertainties to ensure progression of the ERP Program and the realisation of benefits

YOUR BACKGROUND:

- 4 + years' experience in a project management/project lead role. NSW Government experience highly desirable
- Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools
- Ability to manage time effectively in order to achieve key project outcomes
- Proven experience in ERP projects using SAP ECC 6.0
- University and/or equivalent professional qualifications in program and project management with PRINCE2 certification
- Understanding of NSW Government policy, direction objectives and service delivery functions, particularly in relation to organisational change and corporate services reform
- Familiarity with and/or application of the OFS CSSRP Standards is highly desirable
- High level verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated understanding of governance and compliance imperatives and requirements within government and their application in the delivery of organisational outcomes
