ERP Organisational Change Manager - Part time - English speaking
We are looking for an ERP Organisational Change Lead for our client. This a part time role offering 92 man days over the next 12 months, with expenses paid for travel. We can discuss the workload with you on application.
The position is based in Geneva and is an English speaking project. Ideally previous ERP BI project experience would be ideal, but not essential.
THE ROLE INVOLVES THE FOLLOWING:
Change Impact Analysis per typology of users (maximum 10)
Readiness assessment template
Weekly Change activity progress report
recommendations on organizational transition and procedural transitions to new business processes
Change Management charter
Stakeholders analysis & related engagement plan
Insights & elements of communication for program wide communication
Organize 1 pre go-live assessment readiness group & update accordingly the Lot 2 readiness assessment
Pre go-live indicators derived from Program pre go-live indicators
