ERP Data Migration Lead - SAP to Oracle

ERP Data Migration Lead required for an SAP to Oracle transformation project.

Experience:
Experience as data migration lead for Oracle ERP implementations - Fusion an advantage
Understanding of approach to migration and experience in developing data migration strategy, approach and plans
Experience of managing the execution of data migration - with the ability to quickly understand and troubleshoot problems
Ability to quickly get up to speed and to show strong leadership and communications skills

Their role will include:
Work with the Build Partner team to understand the current migration approach and plan and refine as needed
Work with the IT team to understand if/how the migration approach and plan should be updated based on the Fusion solution
Work with the Build Partner, IT and business teams to confirm the approach to data reconciliation
Provide support to the business in planning and reporting on progress of data cleansing activities
Provide guidance to the business in performing data reconciliation
Work with the cutover lead to integrate the migration plan into the cutover plan
Manage the execution of the migration plan and provide status reports to the project manager
Work with the IT and business teams to resolve outstanding errors from migration runs
