Ericsson OSS NMS (Spanish Speaking Needed)

- Provide OSS NMS solution planning, design, and implementation services to Cisco's customers
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Cisco Small Cell (Femto & Wi-Fi) provisioning and assurance management solutions for other next-generation mobility networks
- Manages complex OSS/NMS solution deployments to the highest levels of customer satisfaction
- Write technical documentation (design, test plans, etc.) for solutions
- Develop best practices and documentation for specific solution areas for Global AS practices
- Develop software integrations and customizations to meet specific solution and project needs
- Write products customization best practice documents for Global AS Practices
- Maintains relationships and interlocks with relevant Cisco product business units and services architecture practices
- Lead and/or support OSS NOS solution Proof of Concepts, Demo's and Trails in Cisco and customer labs
- Responsible for assisting in the integration of the OSS NMS solution into customer existing infrastructure including the identification and integration of 3rd party products and services into a cohesive solution design
- Mentor and oversee the work of junior engineers and sub-contractors assigned on a project
- Ability to work cross-functional with multiple business units and solution teams to leverage multiple technologies in creating vertical/segment specific solutions for our customers
