Ericsson Ops SME (Incident Management & Problem Management)

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands on experience in the Network Operations with Multi Vendor Environment. Good knowledge on Incident and Problem Management Processes and Best Practice.
- Be Subject Matter Expert in Specific Technologies (2G, 3G, CS Core, PS Core, etc ) with Multi Vendor Environment ( Ericsson, Huawei, NSN, etc ).
- Good understanding on troubleshooting.
- Good experience in troubleshooting tools.
- Highly developed English language skill (spoken and written).
- Good knowledge and skill in IS/IT usage.
- Customer Focus.
- Highly developed skill to Coach and Mentor on process and procedure.
- Highly developed Leadership skills to build confidence with Telkomsel SME.
- Highly developed knowledge and skill in Negotiation and Communication skills.

YOUR ROLE

Phase 1 - Build
1. Perform Competence assessment of Client A Incident and Problem Management SME's
2. Provide Competence Gap Analysis.
3. Assist in producing Training Materials
4. Perform Training for Client A Incident and Problem Management SME's on Process and Procedures (In Class Room )

Duration: 29 September 2014 - 24 November 2014

Phase 2 - Operation ( Pilot 1 )
1. Lead and Mentor Client A Incident and Problem Management SME's on Process and Procedures.
2. Provide continues Feedback on Client A Incident and Problem Management SME's on Process and Procedures.
3. Perform Training for Client A Incident and Problem Management SME's on Process and Procedures (On The Job Training )
