Projektbeschreibung
- Assess the current dispatch/field force organization and process
- Produce a report to recommend how to improve and align to best practice
- Support the establishment of the CNOC to interact with the Dispatch/Field force organization
- Coach OE Project staff and Telkomsel Dispatch Staff on best practice and optimizing dispatch/field operations
- Assist Dispatch manage the volume of incidents, how to prioritize converting incidents into work orders
Requirements:
- Minimum 20+ years of experience in the Operations, Network Implementation or Project Management of telecommunication projects, managing and optimizing dispatch.
- Proven track in setting up Dispatch in green field operations
- proven track record of ensuring dispatch complies with Incident, Problem and Event management
- 5+ years as a consultant
