WCDMA/HSDPA Radio Network performance daily monitoring (RRC success rate, RAB Est Success, CS & PS CDR, Hs Drop, IRAT, HS Throughput ).

Real Time Performance Monitoring for special events.

Capacity check and utilization monitoring for different interfaces and resources (Iub utilization, Power utilization, Code utilization, channel element utilization, MP load

Maintain & improve the Radio Network Performance to meet the contracted KPIs

Drive test analysis using TEMS for Area/Major Roads regular drive test and taking a corrective action for the findings (Dropped/Blocked calls, IRAT/SHO Failures, and Pilot Pollution )

VIP customer complaints handling.

Perform trial for new feature in W10B and W11B.

Handel special tasks and strategies as 2nd carrier deployment, traffic balancing, QoS implementation

Advanced analysis and troubleshooting using tracing tools as GPEH and UTER

Consistency checks using OSS tools (ex: Moshell)
