Equality and Diversity specialist - Public Sector - London - 3 months+

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Equality and Diversity specialist to join a high profile organisation and work across all aspects of a programme to ensure that they are designing and implementing changes in line with best practice, and that all opportunities to meet Equality and Diversity goals are exploited

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Solid understanding of legal framework and best practice in relation to equality and diversity issues in the workplace
Extensive experience advising on diversity issues across a range of areas including recruitment, retention and organisational design
Good communication skills: able to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing
A minimum of BC clearance is required- person must have or be willing to undergo security clearance.
