- Evolved Packet Core nodes supporting multiple access technologies and interworking with Legacy 3GPP and 3GPP2 networks
- Complete virtual Evolved Packet Core
- Evolved IP Network - a field-proven IP-infrastructure solution based on a verified design that supports Ericsson RAN, IP transport and IP Core network infrastructure
- Relevant 3G and LTE MPC Technical experience with a wish to take the step into people management with the ability to manage and motivate people
- Operational experience of NSN Mobile Packet core elements: SGSN, GGSN, Charging Gateway, LIG, and RADIUS
- Experience working with vendors to achieve SLAs and drive service improvement.
- bility to understand and interpret performance KPIs relating to Network Elements and services
- Understanding of relevant domain area components and their function.
- Ability to manage change effectively, to ensure services are introduced in a controlled manner, reducing the risk of impact to customers

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

- A good understanding of 3G/4G technologies
- A good understanding of operational support systems used in fault and performance management.
