Our customer is a leading automotive supplier in the area of Karlsruhe
Currently we are searching for an

Environmental Validation Laboratory Manager (m/w) Automotive – Karlsruhe area

- Lead the Validation team: 5 test technicians/engineers
- Perform day to day management of Environmental Validation resources on the current projects
- Manage Environmental Validation Lab resource/capacity plan
- Coordinate the conduct of calibrations in internal or external laboratories (IMTE managements).
- Approve reviews and reports from the team (Represent first point of escalation for issues related to domain in the region)
- Support critical resolution: product issues, benches issues...
- Delivery of KPI's which drive improved support and delivery to the internal customers (KPI=Key Performance Indicator)
- Support external audit
- Represent Environemental Validation in technical and planning support for quotation
- Develop capabilities with external service suppliers
- Maximize reuse of the knowledge and work artifacts

Education , Job experience or professional skill needed :

- Education: bachelor in electronics or EMC or mechanics or equivalent diploma.

- Job experience: At least 5 years of experience in Environmental Tests or EMC for automotive

- Fluent German and good English language skills requested due to the fact that he/she has to work with international teams
