Environmental Specialist

We are currently looking for an experience Environment Specialist for a role based in Buckinghamshire for 3 months.

The Role will provide environmental expertise and develop procedures for engineering and commercial property functions and provide environmental guidance and support.

Job Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Essential

-Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject
-Proven experience of successfully managing environmental issues
-Knowledge of environmental legislation and the management of environmental risks.
-Support the development of assurance arrangements to measure compliance with the EMS, standards and legislation
-Review and comment on emerging government policies and legislation in respect of potential impacts on the activities of engineering and commercial property.
-Experience of offering input into environmental policy and standard procedures.

Desirable
-Good knowledge of the public transport rail industry
