Interpret and draft reports; report and advice Chief Officers and Members on environmental health and safety matters.
Knowledge and ability to apply and interpret the related areas of law Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Preparation of reports, witness statements and prosecution files. Reports, notices, evidence gathering, interviewing, licensing.
Public Health complaint investigations Private Sewer/Drains complaints, investigations & enforcement
Preparation of reports, notices, evidence gathering, interviewing.
Essential Qualifications:
Qualified Environmental Health Officer EHORB registered.
You must have HHSRS certification and ideally have carried out recently, HHSRS assessments, inspections & enforcement using the Housing Act 2004 HMO Licensing inspections, Fire safety advice/specification & plans.
