Environment Support (m/f)

Projektbeschreibung
- Support Integration and UAT environments
- Work closely with the development teams to resolve all issues as they proceed through the install life cycle.
- Provide support to our customers through our call tracking tool.
- Organize and follow up on root cause analysis and resolutions
- Product accurate reporting to Senior management, raise, follow up and escalate critical issues.
- Communicate and work closely with End users testers in an appropriate and business oriented way.
- Established experience in an application development or support role or Service delivery function.
- Fluent English is a MUST
- Experience in a release management role, particularly in a banking environment is key
- Expertise or strong knowledge of SQL, UNIX, Citrix, Java, Websphere, Perl
- Awareness and exposure to ITIL practices and Agile methodology
- Pragmatic approach & ability to handle pressure
