Entry Level PC Technician

We're looking for a full time entry level technician to supplement Data Center Engineers onsite at Customer's data center in Charlotte, NC. Position is an opportunity for a lot of learning potential for Data Center and IT systems infrastructure and support. Technical staff will work with and train candidate who possesses a desire to learn data center operations. Will take direction from senior level technicians and customer IT management staff. Scope of work to include, but not limited to:

- Daily backup tape rotations
- Weekly data center walkthrough inspections for faults
- Shipping/receiving of computer equipment
- Updating computer equipment inventory records and responding to equipment availability questions
- Complete basic Data Center tasks such as labeling and running cables, unracking Servers, minor break-fix, etc.
