Key Facts: Location: Stuttgart Start:01.05.2018 End:30.04.2019 Pay: 750€ Benefits: 40% Remote after three month Language requirements: English and B2 level of German My Client is looking for an english speaking Enterprise Solution Architect (Azure). What needs to be done: A major player with a complex and highly interlinked infrastructure with several applications has to be analysed and prepared for the migration into the cloud environement. You will be placed into a team that already has started with the task. Together as a team you will guide the client through the journy. The Team is very dynamic and enthusiastic. Duties & Responsibilities Rack, configure and deploy server hardware Deploy new virtual machines Convert aging physical servers to virtual machines Monitor server hardware and software for performance or hardware issues Work with 3rd party vendors to support failed hardware Test and apply monthly security patches to all systems Monitor and manage the team incident queue On call rotation - provide 24x7 support for Windows server operating system, hardware and minor application support. Work closely with senior members of the team and escalate issues as needed.
