Enterprise Architect - Security

My client is a respected organisation looking for an Enterprise Architect to join their team for an initial 6 month contract with view to extend.

The Enterprise Architect - Security will have responsibility for developing, communicating & maintaining enterprise-wide security & technology architectures & standards that support the organisations security & risk requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS:

- Delivering and demonstrating value to the business through the delivery of key security architectures, as specified by Enterprise Architecture Program and IT Security Improvement Program
- Assisting the Information Security Manager to develop and maintain an appropriate information security policy
- Perform threat risk assessments and gap analysis
- Acting as the go to' for all information security issues and providing specialist input to the IT strategic plan, future enterprise architecture, vendor strategy and key IT application development
- More than 5 years experience in risk assessment and development of security solutions & risk management methodologies within a large and complex enterprise
- Broad experience in a wide range of information security technologies and architectures.
- Project management and project consulting experience is desired
- Previous experience of developing disaster recovery plans and providing IT related input to a group business continuity plans
