Montash have been engaged by a prestigious retail business organisation based in London to secure an outstanding Enterprise Architect with a background in the retail sector. The client are seeking to build a new EA capability as a result of an organisational restructure. As a result, the Enterprise Architect will be developing greenfield Enterprise Architecture programmes across central reference architecture creation, capability modelling and implementation of frameworks and standards, initially with a view to these being benchmark assignments for a new transformation programme.

The Successful candidate will have a proven track record in the retail sector, with a solid understanding of retail working environments. The Enterprise Architect will have the communication skills to confidently engage and manage senior business stakeholders who are driving this process.
The EA will have experience of several full life cycle projects, including creating and implementing frameworks, capability models, references and governance in an immature or even greenfield environment.
