Enterprise Architect (Agile, EAI, Nosql. Java)

As an Enterprise Architect you will play a key role in helping the business transform and realize its mission. You will introduce or adapt solutions in line with the IT vision and mission of the company. You are co-responsible for managing the Technology budget and will be working on the future technological landscape.

TASK DESCRIPTION

A grasp out of your key activities:

-Regular interaction with business analysts in order to collaborate together in the analysis and design of solutions that meet the business demand
-Create high-level solution design based on business analysis with input from different stakeholders
-Create a detailed solution design with clear and identifiable solution blocks which can be allocated to delivery teams
-Organize workshops for introducing and clarifying the proposed solution
-Coach other solution architects and business analysts where needed
-Actively follow up and fine-tune the implementation during its development

QUALIFICATIONS

-You have a master degree in computing, engineering or business economics, supplemented by Informatics or similar knowledge gained by experience
-You have at least 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in large IT organizations
-You speak fluent English (Dutch/Flemisch and/or French preferred)
-You have a problem solving mentality and sharp analytical skills
-You are a rational decision taker, good communicator and planner
-You possess coaching skills

Technical background:

-Good documentation skills (UML, Agile documentation skills)
-Experience in several EAI domains
-Database experience (NoSQL)
-Java Technology, WebServices
