English Speaking PMO with Pharmaceutical Experience

Dear PMO,

I'm on the hunt for a motivated English-speaking PMO to join my international pharmaceutical client in Zug, Switzerland. They are looking for you to join their PMO EMA team immediately until mid April 2017. There is a possibility for extension. I see I got your interest! The scope of this role is to develop and implement stand metrics, dashboards and KPIs to control transportation spend EMEA, as well as identify cost savings and process improvement opportunities.
You will collaborate with CLS & Transportation EMEA, WWT, business owners and stakeholders from different sectors to perform various analysis. Supporting budget preparation and control process will be part of your daily tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify Harmonization opportunities
- Provide analytical support on tenders, network optimization studies, process, rates Harmonization.
- Support strategy deployment of standardized KPIs and dashboards across the region to measure business, carrier performance and drive continuous improvement
- Track and report KPIs and dashboards for cost, service and on-time deliveries support regional and global transportation projects in the area of analytics, processes and Technology Key Performance Metrics
- Total cost reduction total cost avoidance improved efficiency through process, shipment profile and network optimization

REQUIREMENTS:

- Good communication skills. Ability to partner with and influence others direct consensus and look for collaboration with people from different organizations
- A hands-on mentality, demonstrating autonomy and showing the ability to work and meet deadlines
