IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Guide and mentor the software and system engineering team in the understanding process
-Enable the achievement of Automotive SPICE compliance as required by customers
-Work with continuous improvement teams to drive process improvements
-Lead periodic audits of software and systems teams to ensure compliance
-Work to ensure consistency in following corporate process guidelines
-Facilitate agile adoption in software projects
-Gather and report key process metrics to assess the health of active product launch projects

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Profound experience in the embedded software development, preferably in the automotive industry and familiarity with Automotive SPICE
-Experience in developing or assisting in embedded software, preferably in automotive

products -Experience in the agile software development, preferably in using Scrum framework
-Familiarity with the system, software and validation development life cycle
-Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
-Able to instruct, coach and inspire others
-Negotiation skills and solid German and English language skills
