Engineering Project Manager/Medical Devices

For one of our client, specialized in medical devices based in the Basel area, we are looking for an ENGINEERING PROJECT MANAGER with experience in medical devices.

This is a challenging, CONTRACTING POSITION, starting mid-February 2016 until September 2016.

In this role as an Engineering Project Manager you will be responsible for the pROJECT ACTIVITIES COORDINATION and FOR THE OVERALL PROJECT SUCCESS. Indeed, you will take care of environmental policy, procedures and support department environmental objectives. Additionally you will develop engineering rationales and memo for verification and validation documents. At least the engineering project manager will identify and resolve issues related to strategy, risk & scope.

YOU BRING TO THIS ROLE:

- Minimum of 5 YEARS' experience as A PROJECT MANAGER IN A MEDICAL DEVICES ENVIRONMENT
- Strong knowledge of Design Controls, product development process under GMP regulations
- Proven track record ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE (Using quality tools/methodologies etc.)
- Good experience in DHF Audit, remediation, quality engineering related activities
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in ENGLISH, German will be a plus
