Engineering Project Manager

£400 - £600 a day depending on experience

6 month contract

An electronics specialist company requires an interim engineering project manager initially for a 6 month contract. Client requires the project manager to be on site for 2 to 3 days a week. The remaining time can be from home.

This interim engineering project manager role will be supporting the Engineering Manager for the overall day to day management of engineering activities. Including team lead and management, client liaison and board level communication.

This is a small team of degree and PhD educated electronic specialists. The engineering project manager will show examples and evidence of achieving strategic business objectives and making key decisions in the capacity of a technical authority.

Education in the field for electrical, electronics, electro-mechanical, physics, mathematics or similar discipline with 10yrs+ of engineering industry experience required.

Background in the civil engineering industry would also be highly advantageous.
