Engineering Manger -South Wales- £60-70,000+ with benefits package?

An industry leading company with a global presence is currently recruiting an Engineering Manager for theirUKHead-quarters based inSouth Wales.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that has enjoyed international success over a sustained period of time. The position will be based inSouth Wales; however international travel will be required from time to time.

The role will involve the management of a team of 10-20 people and will require contact with clients, internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and experience required:

Man management ability

Strong client facing skills

Excellent communication skills

Project management

Good understanding of Manufacturing and Quality.

It is desirable for candidates to have knowledge of materials however, management experience is more important that technical knowledge and ability.
