Engineering Manager - Gloucester

Huxley Associates are looking for an Engineering Manager for a permanent role inGloucester.

The role has arisen due to the current engineering manager securing a different role within the business.

The company has 60 employees based at theirGloucestersite and are heavily involved in the plastic manufacturing industry.

The role will include:

- Engineering Maintenance schedules
- Ensuring smooth running of the plant
- Oversee PLC systems and fault finding
- Creating spares list
- Leading small team of electrical and mechanical engineers

Skills/Experience require for role:

- Strong PLC experience (Allen bradely, Mitsubishi, Siemens)
- Knowledge of working with Automation and control systems
- Excellent leadership skills

Desirables:

- Background in the food and plastic industry.
