Engineering Manager - Commercial Building Infrastructure - NYC

In this mission critical role, you will be responsible for the management and strategy for the execution of operation, maintenance, design and installation of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems. As a result, you will oversee the management and review of all installations, modifications, repairs, maintenance and operations of the company's infrastructure. In addition, you will be tasked with managing vendor relationships, establishing policies and procedures, establishing budgets, tracking spending, and maintaining strong inter-departmental relationships with IT and other business groups.

In order to be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

- 5+ years of work experience in design, management, maintenance and operations of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems in commercial buildings
- 5+ years Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods and coordination of resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
