Head of Engineering- Dorset- £95,000 My client is on the lookout for a head of engineering at present and is looking for someone that is capable of leading and improving a team from the onset of their employment. The role will also involve implementing procedures and methods in please that will be integral to the companies growth moving forwards. This is an opportunity to work for a successful and growing business with ambitions and plans to be the best at what they do in their industry. The ideal candidate will need to have: MUST be Chartered Engineering (mechanical)- please do not apply if you are not chartered Must have extensive Subsea Oil & Gas experience or experience of working in a safety critical environment i.e. marine/naval The ideal candidate also must have experienceof installing/modifying procedures within a sfatey critical environment which links in with compliance. You will also be an ambitous individual with a strong work ethic. Salary is on offer up to £95,000 + excellent benefits.
