Entry Level Quality Associates needed for positions with a global leader in the healthcare/medical product manufacturing industry at their location in in Medina, NY. This is a contract position expected to last 6 months, could be longer based on performance. This position is responsible for performing compliant investigations which include complaint management, customer communication, and complaint closures . New Grads are encouraged to apply! RESPONSIBILITIES

- Approve disclosed complaints for closure
- Investigate disclosed complaints
- Draft/author response

REQUIREMENTS

- BS in Engineering or Science
- 0-2 years of experience within the medical device, healthcare of other highly regulated related industry
- Experience in data and database, query, report writing, analysis and documentation is required
