Engineer Turbocharger Test Rig Development (m/f)

We are currently looking for an Engineer Turbocharger Test Rig Development (m/f)

Your responsibilities will include:
+ New and further development of test methods and test rigs for turbochargers and related components
+ Self-dependend planning, prearrangement and implementation of test rig projects
+ Analysis, processing and evaluation of different concept approaches, reconciliation with technical targets
+ Compilation of technical specification sheets
+ Cooperation with external suppliers and internal customers such as Calculation dept., Design, Application, Purchase and Quality management
+ Determination of technical data
+ Documentation in english & german language
+ Project planning and interdisciplinary project management for several projects in parallel in an international context
+ Instigation of purchase orders and monitoring of the procurement process of test rig hardware, measuring devices and automation technology equipment
+ Attendance of software implementation ( LabView )
+ Cooperation / guidance of external partners
+ Responsibility for budgets within the scope of subprojects

+ Dipl.-Ing. (FH / TH) / Bachelor‘s- / Master‘s- degree in Mechanical Engineering with focus on thermal turbomachinery or internal combustion engines
+ Appropriate experience in engine / component testing or turbosystems
+ If so, already experience in rig test sytems
+ Excellent knowledge in english language
+ Ability to reason & abstract
+ Very good IT knowledges (MS-Office, MS-Project, SAP, etc.)
+ Proactiveness, ability to communicate, capacity for teamwork
