Engineer Offshore Transport & Installation

My client will have a huge offshore platform installed in 2013. For this my client is looking for an expert in offshore transport & installation in the beginning of next year.

Main tasks:
- planning and review of time-schedules
- reviewing workability
- risk assessments
- identifying key factors for the installation and to create a "Plan A" and "Plan B"
- work together with suppliers and yards

Requirements:
- good experience in offshore transport and installation of heavy structures
- offshore experience
- experience in heavy lifting or float-over
- fluent in English, German is nice to have

Project details:

Start: 01/2013

Duration: 12 month +

Workload: 5 days / week (office based position)

Location: Germany (PLZ 3*)

Interviews: the final interview has to take place face to face with the client in Germany on the 11th or 17th of December.
