ENGINEER COMPLAINT INVESTIGATION AND RESOLUTION - MEDICAL DEVICE/R&D
MAIN TASKS:
-Resolution of global and local complaints and inquiries
-Assuming full accountability for the management of individual cases (Inquiries & Complaints) in our bloodgas business according to regulatory and ISO Quality system requirements and needs of the Country Organizations in a timely manner
-Collecting all relevant data and evaluating each escalated complaint to determine if investigation is needed
-Resolving cases and preforming correct processing and documentation for individual's cases according to applied medical standards and quality system
REQUIREMENTS:
-Favorably one or more years of work experience in industrial quality assurance or similar, Medical Device R&D, or Operations related functions
-Strong communication and good experience to work with International Team
-Strong experience in Windows and MS Office
EDUCATION:
-University degree in technical or scientific area
LANGUAGES:
-English fluent and German Nice to have
