Engagement and Business Readiness Lead

An opportunity has arisen for a Global Business Engagement Lead to work within the Global HR Operations team within the Bank.

The Business Engagement Lead will be working on the second phase of a long term, large scale HR transformation project which is seeking to drive HR delivery and cost ratios towards upper quartile industry benchmarks. This will involve platform change from Legacy to new.

The role of the Global Business Engagement Lead will be to simplify processes and ensure the experience of their colleagues throughout the business is as smooth as possible. They will be expected to ensure change lands effectively within the BU, ensuring alignment across the respective regional change plans, work with senior and same level stakeholders throughout the business to ensure effective communication and issue management and ensure strategy and policy is uniform throughout the business. The Business Engagement Lead will also be expected to provide training and support materials to staff both before and after go-live to ensure efficient transition.

You will have experience of leading HR projects within Financial Services, preferably banking. You will have instilled cultural or personnel change within a large programme previously and will have worked on multiple work streams across varied business strands simultaneously. Stakeholder engagements skills are a must, as is a history of working within a communications environment.
