For our client, a global company that provides a portfolio of IT services, software, and technology with a major project in the financial sector, we are currently looking for an Endpoint Architect with SCCM (m/f) on a permanent basis.

Background:
Our client has taken over the infrastructure services of a complex international financial organisation. The role of the Endpoint Architect is to provide technical leadership, process assessment, and development in the Endpoint Management (Desktop Management) service streams. The role interfaces with the clients IT Management, the Account Management Teams, as well as with other technology team members of the organisation.

Tasks:
- Design, document desktop support processes and refresh strategies for troubleshooting Software platforms specific to the client operating environments
- Analyse technology assessments of equipment and software platforms
- Maintain the HW Equipment Standards List and provide recommendations for improvisation
- Participate in Hardware/Software Governance Board meetings
- Ensure enterprise management tooling features and capabilities are fully utilized to the clients benefit and sustenance of the life cycle management program
- Provide reporting for monitoring processes
- Provide leadership and establish formal Problem Management program with feeds from ITSM and SRMS systems and outputs to the clients Change Management process, work instructions for Service Desk, and Field Operations Personnel, and analysis reporting to Client and Account Management teams

Skills:
- Expert knowledge in Microsoft SCCM 2012 - Design, Configuration, Administration
- Expert knowledge in Microsoft SCCM OSD - Image Development and Deployment
- Windows 7 or Windows 10, deployment experience
- Very good experience in Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT ) - Image Development and Deployment
- Solid Network Infrastructure Principles knowledge
- Experience with Tier 3 and 4 Support in an Enterprise Desktop Environment
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership Experience
- Excellent communication skills and experience dealing with Internal and External Stakeholders
- User State Migration Tool (USMT) is advantageous
- ITILv3 certification will be required
- Fluent written and spoken English
