End User & Directory Services Lead

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced END USER COMPUTING & DIRECTORY SERVICES LEAD to work on a large significant ICT Services Program. The lead will be accountable for the successful delivery of a major End User Computing stream.

Your background:

- Extensive experience in program or project management roles directly accountable for the delivery of multiple transformational initiatives, particularly within the context of large scale (50,000+ end users) End User Computing deployments in complex business and technology environments, such as multi-sourced and federated environments.
- Recent hands-on detailed technical experience in the development of key documentation associated with complex End User Computing and Directory Service.
- Proven understanding of industry standard project management, business analysis and testing methodologies.
- Proven experience in leading technical and non-technical teams to deliver complex work within challenging timeframes and periods of major change.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and the ability to lead and influence stakeholders on critical issues.
- Highly developed organisational, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to a wide range of managers and stakeholders.
