EMR Program Manager

Beacon Hill Technologies has a 6 month contract opportunity for an EMR Program Manager.

Job Details:

- Responsible for the overall program management of the Information Technology Epic implementation program.
- Provide an overall program framework and standard structure to ensure successful implementation.
- Create one master project plan to ensure seamless execution of workstream within the overall program. Program structure includes:
- Governance body - who, roles and responsibilities, decision-making process, cadence, etc.
- Project and Program Management tools and standards - Program and Project Charters, Needs and Requirements, Risk and Issues management, Critical Paths, Reporting, Dashboard, Project Change Control Management, etc.
- Organization Change Management - Communication plan, Stakeholders assessment and engagement plan, organization change management process, training plan, organization readiness, etc.
- Processes - Current and future state workflow evaluation, design, and implementation.
- Dashboard - Progress, budget management
- Identifying resource plan required
- Execute against approved plan.
- Experience in M&A Integration and Epic implementation is highly desirable.
- Experience with WorkFront (AtTask) tool is highly desirable.

Must Have:

- Program and Project Management experience.
- M&A Integration program management.
- Organization Change management.
- Epic Implementation.
