Employment Support/Training Manager

Background
Our Central Government client is currently recruiting for a Training Manager/Coordinator for a 2 month contract based in Andover. You will be required to act as the subject matter expert and conduct training needs analysis and then design and coordinate the delivery of subsequent training.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

Key responsibilities are to:
- Conduct a training needs analysis for the induction and pre-employment training of staff.
- Conducts a training needs analysis for the induction of wounded, injured and sick (military).
- Design and develop the subsequent training interventions that arise from the training needs analysis for the induction of pre-employment of staff.
- Design and develop the subsequent training interventions that arise from the training needs analysis for the induction of personnel into the recovery Pathway.
- Coordinate the delivery of the induction and pre-employment of staff.
- Coordinate the delivery of the induction of personnel into the recovery Pathway.
- Evaluate the delivery of training interventions.
- Develop the definitive course documentation for the training interventions.

Outputs/Deliverables to be achieved

Required knowledge and experience:
- Experience of military and civilian environments
- Experience of designing delivering and evaluating training and educational interventions.
- Good oral communication ability to inform and convince.
- You will be responsible for writing the training material and conducting a training needs analysis
- Coordinate and design other training programmes
