Employee Relations (ER) Manager - Contract - Berkshire

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join a leading mobile operator.

This contract role will involve training and mentoring line managers on how to advise and manage their staff through company restructures and TUPE transfers and then supporting them throughout the process. The company changes are likely to be large scale and complex, so they are looking for someone who has held a similar position in a larger company, this doesn't have to be within telecoms but it would be beneficial.

The company are a well-established operator who currently transport over 40% of the UK's mobile data traffic and are looking to expand their market share. The position is being offered on a contract basis with a competitive daily rate and will be located in the company's Berkshire office.

Candidate Requirements

* Proven experience within an ER Manager or Consultancy role, providing ER support to line managers prior to and during the above or similar projects.

* Experience of carrying out group and individual consultations.

* Good understanding and application of employment legislation.

* Strong communication, along with being comfortable in coaching, advising and influencing managers dealing with ER issues.

* Holding a CIPD qualification would be ideal.

* Experience of working within corporate sized companies, with experience of working within telecoms being beneficial but not essential.
