Global professional services firm seeks an ER Advisor to join their talented and supportive team based in the City of London. You will have allocated business units to support, and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Manage a varied caseload of Employee Relations issues including performance management issues. To provide the business with robust, pragmatic and technically informed ER guidance To minimise the exposure of Employment Related litigation via the effective management of people issues To support the pro-active knowledge up-skill of the business in dealing with a range of BAU ER issues Candidates should have managed a variety of ER cases gained in either a specialist of HR advisor role. This is a great opportunity for a junior ER specialist or an Advisor with solid ER skills to join a specialist ER team in an organisation committed to long-term career development and internal mobility.
