EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST III needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in SEATTLE, WA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Create and implement software and system management practices: requirements management, development-to-production release management, testing, technical change management (including change boards), and system readiness
- Define, manage, and provision user accounts
- Manage security profiles. Load and update server software
- Work with database providers, system vendors, and hosting organizations to identify and resolve technical and data-related issues
- Communicate system technical issues to users
- Identify and mitigate any system single points of failure
- Train users
- Establish help and help desk procedures
- Use query tools to query a disparate array of data
- Establish automated processes to retain and prepare data for consumption by analytic and visualization tools
- Suggest strategies for improving data and information management
- Guide department toward the creation of a business data warehouse
- Use built-in form authoring software (MS Dynamics and Sciforma) to create user-friendly system interfaces (forms) and reports
- Usability test and refine forms based on user input
- Functionally test and deploy forms to production
- Manage form requirements

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- High School Diploma
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience with data aggregation tools is helpful.
- Familiar with form controls, functions, grids, and conditional logic, and have some experience designing pleasing graphical user interfaces (not just static web pages)
- A willingness to jump in, learn, and problem solve is highly valued and will be equally weighted with other job criteria
- Ability to write about, discuss, and present general business and technical information so it can be easily understood by non-technical audiences, including colleagues and executives
- Ability to effectively use standard collaboration tools: Webex, Lync
- An aptitude for and interest in leveraging social networking tools to communicate and effect change.
