EMEA Literature Project Manager

ROLE

My client is a Global Asset Management company seeking an experienced Literature Project Manager to join their Global Marketing and Communications division. The successful candidate will have experience in co-ordaining and leading similar projects. The role will be based in London and will report into the Head of EMEA Literature Management and work alongside other Full time and part time members of the team based in London and Zurich.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate the production of published literature campaigns and marketing collateral in local languages
- Update literature following regulatory changes or requests by various stakeholders
- Lay out documents in professional design software, using templates established by the Creative Services team
- Ensure that literature is approved by compliance and other stakeholders
- Update country marketing managers on literature within their market
- Manage stock levels of marketing collateral using external vendors
- Maintain records of production process and approvals
- Ensure that documents meet brand guidelines

EXPERIENCE:

Experience on some or all of the following packages would be an advantage (work will be carried out on a PC, not a Mac):

- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Illustrator
