Salary: Circa £52k (maybe be slight negotiation for ideal candidate) + flexi benefits + bonus

One of the leading global consultancies (risk management, brokerage and management consultancy) with a presence in over 100 countries are looking to hire an EMEA IT service manager. The service manager will oversee the governance and execution of core processes across the EMEA region and ensure the delivery of services in relation to IT infrastructure and application service provision by internal and external service providers.

The role will involve:

* Incident Management
* Regional Change Management
* Operational Change Management
* Operational Service Acceptance
* Problem Management
* Appreciation of Risk Management

The ideal candidate will have a broad service management skill set and experience working for a global enterprise organisation.
