EMC Engineer (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Analyse worldwide EMC norms and standards and carry out risk analysis
-Establish and conduct EMC technical reviews with subcontractors and design engineers to ensure EMC requirements are met
-Identify and perform activities to ensure legislative requirements are met
-Appoint and monitor independent bodies to review and assess design documents
-Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical EMC issues
-Preparation and execution of test plans and preparing test reports
-Present reports both internally and to customers

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Electrical engineering professional degree or equivalent
-Profound engineering experience in automotive and/or e-mobility business
-Solid understanding of EMC design, testing of products and highly skilled in EMC/ESD debug techniques
-Prior experience and/or education in EMC, ESD, RF and signal integrity
-Prior experience in UL/CE product certification
-Profound understanding of worldwide EMC regulations, standards and test methods
-Hands-on experience in test equipment/EMC chambers
-Knowledge of IEC 61000 series
-Willingness to travel within Germany (up to 20%)
