Title- Contract EMC Engineer/Analyst

Length of contract- 6 months

I have an urgent Contract EMC Engineer requirement within a cutting-edge Aerospace Engineering Company.

My client is looking for a Contract EMC Engineer to work within the Project Team to ensure that EMC mitigations are introduced at the design stage and that the EMC test activities are planned and implemented to demonstrate that the system is compliant with EMC requirements.

The suitable candidate will be responsible for the below tasks:
*Undertake EMC engineering and analyse tasks as part of current projects and longer term proposals.
*Ensure compliance to EMC System level performance requirements.
*Producing test reports for customer delivery.
*Liaising with suppliers to achieve compliant EMC designs.

Required skills:
*EMC design techniques and practices.
*ECSS standards and/or Mil Std 461/462.
*EMC for aerospace or defence industries.
*Working with flight hardware and system level testing.
*Formal Test Planning.
