For our client, a global Telecommunications company focussing on Mobile R&D we are looking for an Embedded Systems Engineering Consultant. (f/m)

PROJECT START: asap

PROJECT LENGTH: 6 Months++

LOCATION : Munich

RESPONSIBILITIES :

-Embedded Code is already saved as source in system. Our client needs an engineer with an interest in Low-Level programming - C - to work together with the Assembler in building the code.
-Managing full life cycle of the chip including design, debugging and delivery.
-Department focusses on Firmware development of semiconductor components using Assembler for protocol processing
-Working closely together with Chief Architect for planning
-Maintain firmware development environment
-Support integration on FPGA and chip
-Drives requirements reviews
-Progress reporting and documentation of deliverables

KNOW HOW:

-Layer 2/Layer 3 Embedded Software Development
-Software for embedded systems (Low-Level C)
-Assembly/Assembler for Embedded Systems
-Unix Scripting - Perl
-RTL Chip Design/Integrated Circuit Design
-TCP/IP / network protocol experience

NICE TO HAVE:

-Intel processor architecture
-Linux / Android Kernel
-R&S Test Equipment Knowledge
-Python Scripting
-C# Language
-Previous experience in companies with high interaction with virtual international teams
-Flexible, "can do" approach to problem-solving

LANGUAGES :

-Very good English is required for team communication and documentation.
